Hilary Pennington, Ford’s vice president for Education, Creativity, and Free Expression, was named one of America’s Top 20 Women in Philanthropy and Civic Engagement, sharing the honor with such luminaries as Oprah Winfrey, Bette Midler, and Independent Sector’s Diana Aviv.
“These women were selected for their philanthropic impact through the art of collaboration and their ability to facilitate, to the highest degree, the free flow of information and innovation across sector networks to advance social change,” said the list’s publisher, Michael Chatman, founder of the #WhyIGive Movement and senior vice president of the Community Foundation of the Ozarks.
