The Ford Foundation Center for Social Justice serves as a convening hub for leaders, advocates, artists, and organizations to connect, exchange ideas, and advance work rooted in social justice.

The Center supports convenings that spark dialogue, deepen collaboration, and help move ideas forward. It is used by our staff, tenants, grantees, and mission-aligned nonprofit partners for gatherings that are thoughtfully designed and appropriately scaled to the space—from small working sessions and workshops to medium-sized conversations and public programs. All spaces are fully accessible.

Because the Center receives a high volume of event requests each year, submissions are reviewed for alignment with the Center’s purpose and capacity, and we’re not able to accommodate every request.
