Our hybrid work model balances health, safety, and employee well-being while also optimizing team collaboration and a sense of community.
Hybrid work model
This allows for three days onsite and the option for two days remote. Tuesday and Wednesday are designated as all-staff onsite days and individuals choose their third onsite day.
Remote Quiet Weeks
These are designed to support uninterrupted focus time by suspending large, internal meetings, cross-departmental working groups, and non-critical team meetings. Quiet weeks occur three times a year, foundation-wide.
These occur weekly on Fridays to encourage focus time and avoid interdepartmental meetings.
