“We can create strong systems of integrity that are a bulwark against corruption at all levels.”

Sely Martini is the co-director of Visi Integritas, a company that supports the business and public sectors in upholding cultures of transparency, accountability, integrity, and anti-corruption, transforming organizations from within. Since its establishment in 2019, the company has set up anti-bribery management systems for several ministries, universities and state-owned companies. To sustain the anti corruption movement, Sely co-founded Rumpun Indonesia, a women-led organization campaigning for cultural changes that promote integrity. Rumpun is developing an anti-corruption movement by educating parents, students and teachers about integrity.

Vision: A society that has a strong anti-corruption culture. Fighting corruption is not only about taking the culprit to jail, but developing integrity within society through collaboration, social construction, and contextual learning. Movement leaders need to build coalitions with changemakers to solve community problems.
