Radhika Shah is a grants manager on the Civic Engagement and Government team, where she supports grantmaking in the United States.

Prior to joining Ford, Radhika served as an advisor at BDO to both nonprofit and philanthropic organizations, where she worked to strengthen their operational and financial functions. She led capacity-building initiatives, designed and implemented new processes, and trained on financial health. Before that, she supported grants management, training, and fundraising as a program officer for East Africa at the nonprofit Action Against Hunger. She is passionate about building the capacity and sustainability of the social sector. 

Radhika received a master of public administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University, where she focused on nonprofit management and global governance. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston University with majors in International Relations and French Language and Literature.
