Black crime victims too frequently slighted by justice system

In time with the National Crime Victims' Week, senior program officer and acting director Tanya Coke writes this USA Today op-ed to talk about victims of violent crime and how they are creating a movement to help push forward criminal justice reform. The piece looks at the trauma, resilience and challenges that victims of crime deal with, especially in communities of color.
