Patrick Kenani

Patrick Kenani is a program associate on the BUILD team. He supports the team’s strategy development and implementation through research, analysis, and knowledge sharing.

Patrick originally joined Ford as a program assistant in 2019 after leading a youth organizing chapter in Brooklyn, New York, mobilizing support around higher education funding, public transportation, climate change, and a more open and inclusive democracy. In 2017, Patrick served as an AmeriCorps VISTA, providing monitoring and evaluation support to sports-based youth development organizations in the Northeast US with Up2Us Sports. Prior to that, Patrick interned with EcoFix(K), an agribusiness social enterprise based out of Nanyuki, Kenya.

Patrick holds a master’s degree in international affairs from Pennsylvania State University with a focus on development policy. He received his bachelor’s from Florida State University.
