Lilik Mardianti is a program assistant with the foundation’s Indonesia office, where she supports the grantmaking team and manages workflow for the program team. She is responsible for scheduling and arranging meetings, maintaining communication with grantees, and ensuring adherence to local government standards and protocols for all grant-related activities. She is also a member of the Good Neighbor Committee, in which she helps distribute grants to social justice organizations in Jakarta.

Prior to joining the Ford Foundation in 2022, Lilik worked as a finance officer at the Standard Chartered Bank and as a tax consultant at Arthur Andersen in Jakarta. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Indonesia.
