Libby Wann is a program manager for the Ford Global Fellows program where she oversees the global selection process across Ford’s 11 regional offices and supports the operations and implementation of the fellowship program. Prior to becoming program manager, Libby was a program associate and member of the working group that designed and implemented the global fellows program.

Before joining Ford Libby lived in New Zealand where she was the program coordinator for an international community development NGO and oversaw volunteer projects and programs across Africa, Southeast Asia, and parts of Central and South America. She also spent time
living and volunteering in Nepal.

Both a passionate urbanist and a fierce advocate and lover of the natural environment, Libby is obsessively curious about different cultures and loves learning about new places through the lens and lived experience of local communities. Libby has an BA in cultural anthropology from Colorado State University and a master’s of science in urban policy and leadership from Hunter College.
