Gloria Kezia Loupatty is a program associate in the Foundation’s Jakarta Office, working to advance its global and regional strategy implementation with research and data analysis, portfolio visualization, and monitoring and evaluation. She also supports the Jakarta office’s special projects, such as the collaborative action and impact investing initiatives.

Prior to joining the Ford Foundation in 2019, Gloria consulted as national government liaison at the Zoological Society of London in Indonesia. In 2017, she was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship from the US Department of State to complete her master of social work at the University of Georgia where she had the chance to intern at the J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development and the Athens Land Trust. Prior to that, she worked as the field communication officer at World Vision Indonesia.

Gloria holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Georgia and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the Universitas Indonesia.
