Genesis Nuñez is a program associate on the Future of Work(ers) team. She supports research, learning and evaluation, and management across the team.

Prior to joining Ford, Genesis worked as a project coordinator and administrator at Urban Institute’s Center on Education Data and Policy, where she managed center and grant operations. Before that, she was a program assistant at Futures and Options, a New York City-based nonprofit that provides career readiness training and internships for underserved high school students. Genesis also served as a policy fellow at the New York City mayor’s office of operations and as a graduate fellow at Cause Strategy Partners.

Genesis holds a masters of public administration in public and nonprofit management and policy from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Pennsylvania.
