Eneide Geiyer is the foundation’s international director for human resources, serving as main point of contact to staff and overseeing employee relations, staffing, management coaching and advising, performance management support, compensation and benefits, and staff development in 10 regional offices across Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
Before joining the foundation in 2014, Eneide served as director of global human resources at the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative, where she was a business partner to staff based in five offices serving regions in Africa, Asia, and Europe. She specialized in relocation services, immigration and expatriate programs, policy and procedures, and employee relations. Previously, she worked at Shearman & Sterling as an expatriate-project manager, overseeing mobility functions for dozens of expatriate assignments in a variety of international and domestic locations. Earlier, Eneide served as assistant vice president in the corporate compensation department at Marsh.
Eneide earned a master’s degree from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and her bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University.
