Dionaris Henriquez is a program assistant with the foundation’s Mission Investments team. She supports them with core operations, event planning, administrative tasks, and team projects surrounding program-related and mission-related investments.

Before joining Ford, Dionaris was a social worker for low-income families in New York City as well as administrative support staff at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Her work approach is centered on creating safe and equitable spaces and prioritizing the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Dionaris holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the State University of New York at New Paltz and a master’s degree in public administration from Baruch College. In 2022, she was awarded a scholarship from Baruch College to study racism, identity, and diversity at Sciences Po, the Paris Institute of Political Studies.
