Sharon Ebron, as senior manager, is the central point of contact and the operational bridge and partner for the program vice presidents for all grants management, budgeting, and related efforts. She also manages the New York grants managers and serves as liaison for grants and administrative staff in regional offices.
Sharon started her career with the foundation in 1985 and has served under four presidents. She has played an increasing role in the foundation’s grants management arena over the past three decades. Previous to serving in her current role as senior manager, she held various positions in grants management, including assistant grants administrator, grants administrator, and senior grants manager.
Sharon is a key member of the Office of Program Services leadership team, serving as a link with and providing information and guidance to various program teams. During her tenure, she has trained grants managers, program officers, and vice presidents on the foundation’s policies and procedures.
Sharon attended the State University of New York at Purchase and Pace University, majoring in accounting. She is a member of the Grants Managers Network.
