Summary Description
Administers the Foundation's salary and international assignment benefit programs. Manages the administration of the Foundation's international assignment compensation and benefit programs, including maintenance of allowances and coordination with Finance on taxation. Manages the Foundation's job analysis and position evaluation program and maintains competitive market information for benchmark positions. Prepares a wide variety of statistical reports and participates in other projects and assignments as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years experience in international assignment allowances/benefit management and compensation (job analysis/position evaluation, market surveys/job pricing, salary planning/administration).
Computer literacy, including expert knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, HRIS, and report tools. Analytical, mathematical and communication skills. Service orientation. Ability to relate well with peers and staff at all levels in the Foundation and with vendor and peer organization
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Combination of experience with compensation and international assignment benefits.
Salary
$62,300 - $74,400
