Peter A. Nadosy
TrusteePeter Nadosy, managing partner of East End Advisors, serves on the Ford Foundation Board of Trustees. He is chair of the board's Investment Committee and a member of the Education, Creativity and Free Expression; Executive; Nominating; and Proxy committees.
Nadosy served as senior adviser at Morgan Stanley until his retirement in 2008. Before becoming a senior adviser at Morgan Stanley, he served as president and then vice chairman of Morgan Stanley Asset Management.
Nadosy serves on the boards of the Harvard Management Company, the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation, The Charles A. Dana Foundation and the Central European University. He is a trustee of the St. Andrew's Dune Church in Southampton, N.Y. In addition, Nadosy is on the investment committees of the Altman Foundation, the Fresh Air Fund, the Summit Foundation, the Weizmann Global Endowment Management Trust and St. Thomas Church.
Nadosy has been appointed as a life trustee and member of the investment committee of Amherst College, from which he received an honorary degree in 2001.
